Diana Ziegler is a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist whose mission is to inspire and empower clients to live their best lives through compassionate and insightful therapeutic support. She takes a holistic and systemic approach, considering the full context of each client’s life. Diana meets clients where they are and collaborates with them to create unique solutions for life's challenges. Diana values being queer-affirming and neurodivergent-affirming. She works with clients ages 13-80.
Diana is trained in a variety of evidence-based therapy models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Inner Child work. She has also received specialized training in Brainspotting for the treatment of PTSD and Complex-PTSD. Her research on the Highly Sensitive Person informs her practice, and she frequently incorporates Mindfulness and Self-Compassion techniques into her sessions. Her sessions are often calming and grounding, providing a welcome respite from the stresses of daily life.
