EATING DISORDER RECOVERY SUPPORT GROUPS
This group is a safe place to talk about day to day living, anxiety, and stress--all of which may be a driving forces behind eating disorder behaviors. Topics may include stress reduction, coping skills, motivation for recovery, identity outside of an eating disorder, etc. Group members can check in on their recovery process for additional support and accountability, address ambivalence with recovery, ask for feedback, and support others in the process. This space is a great place to develop a support network amongst the recovery community. Specific behaviors are not discussed in detail. At the end of each group, members set obtainable goals to work on throughout the week.
The group meets Monday and Thursday evenings at 7:00pm.
