Mondays-Fridays 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Lunch Bunch is a group dedicated to providing meal support during lunch time and a time to connect with others and further your recovery. Bring your lunch and be prepared to share how it fits your meal plan*
*The expectation for attending the lunch groups is that you bring a "complete" lunch that includes grains, proteins, and fats. If we notice a "small" meal, we may ask you to add items that we have on hand. If you want increased accountability for your meal plan, let us know ahead of time so we can best support you.
A microwave is available.
Existing EDMHSN clients can "drop in" to any group. If you are not a current client, email firstname.lastname@example.org to enroll.
EATING DISORDER RECOVERY SUPPORT GROUPS
This group is a safe place to talk about day to day living, anxiety, and stress--all of which may be a driving forces behind eating disorder behaviors. Topics may include stress reduction, coping skills, motivation for recovery, identity outside of an eating disorder, etc. Group members can check in on their recovery process for additional support and accountability, address ambivalence with recovery, ask for feedback, and support others in the process. This space is a great place to develop a support network amongst the recovery community. Specific behaviors are not discussed in detail. At the end of each group, members set obtainable goals to work on throughout the week.
The group meets Monday and Thursday evenings at 7:00pm.
The group currently meets virtually via Zoom. The link for this group is available by contacting Jeanine Olson at Jeanine@eatingdisordersupportnetwork.com or (608) 338-5902.

LET'S CREATE ART GROUP
Give yourself the gift of opportunity by learning new coping skills through art!
Part of the recovery process is developing strong coping skills to replace harmful behaviors. This group gives you the opportunity to dabble in different areas of art. The group meets once a month and explores a new project each time. Projects may include acrylic painting on canvas or glassware, acrylic paint pouring, recovery bracelets, etc.
A fee of $25 to $30 covers all art supplies.
The group meets in person. Spots are limited and fill up fast! To sign up or to get additional information, contact Jeanine Olsen at
Jeanine@eatingdisordersupportnetwork.com or (608) 338-5902.
