Shareese Triplett (she/her) understands difficult times and unexpected life challenges occur. Relational struggles that sometimes end in hurt, grief, stress, depression, and anxiety. Shareese recognizes counseling as a powerful asset to help clients navigate their struggles to reach healing and growth in all areas: cognitive, emotional, spiritual, and physical.
She has extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and trauma informed approaches. She believes in an eclectic evidence-based treatment approach tailored to specific needs and wants for the best possible outcome of treatment. She values the solution-focused approach of focusing on what is working in her client’s life and building on existing strengths. As a culturally competent psychotherapist, she provides support with multicultural sensitivities and identity-based approaches.
She has over 20 years of clinical experience in individual and group counseling. Her clinical experience includes supporting adolescents, transitioning teens, adults, and families. She specializes in community mental health, parental and physical health psychoeducation, corrections/delinquency, and aging/elderly issues and concerns.
