The Eating Disorder & Mental Health Support Network is dedicated to providing excellent person-centered therapeutic services to those impacted by eating disorders, as well as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other life and mental health challenges. We are currently seeking to hire an Full-time Psychotherapist.
PSYCHOTHERAPIST JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide psychotherapy services to individuals and families (minimum 25 hours per week, seeing adults and adolescents)

Support clients' recovery and goals as part of a multidisciplinary team, alongside clinical supervisor, registered dietitians, primary care providers, and other professionals

Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with supervisor, staff, and support partners to promote positive experiences for clients and community members

Conduct initial psychosocial assessments in order to determine appropriate treatment plan and care

Create and adjust collaborative treatment plans with clients on an ongoing basis

Use an array of therapeutic modalities and interventions to support clients in moving toward their valued goals and meaningful recovery

Keep up-to-date documentation of services provided (e.g. initial assessment, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, consultations)

REQUIREMENTS:
-
Eating Disorder specialization or readiness to learn specialization is a must
-
Specialized modalities for EDs, OCD, trauma, and mood disorders (ERP/Exposure, FBT/EFFT, EMDR, alongside CBT, DBT, ACT) are a plus

Experience providing trauma-informed care and culturally-sensitive therapy

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a doctorate in Psychology

Must have and maintain licensure in the State of Wisconsin to provide psychotherapy as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, or similar
-
LPC-IT, MFT or APSW with training license for 12 months+ will be considered
